Order Policy

  • There is no minimum order requirement.
  • Orders placed before 12:30 P.M usually ship out the same business day!

Invoicing Policy

  • Online orders are prepaid with credit card and immediately invoiced at time of checkout.
  • Phone, fax, and email orders also require prepayment with credit card unless a credit app is filled out and payment terms established.
  • Invoices will be mailed/emailed to customer the day after the item(s) ship.
  • Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise negotiated.

Receiving Your Order

  • Orders should be checked against your packing list immediately upon receipt.
  • Shortage or damages should be noted on the carrier receipt at the time of delivery.
  • Immediately notify Essential of the discrepancy/damage so that the issue can be quickly resolved.

Freight Policy

  • For online orders, freight is calculated based on total weight of order shipped via UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS.
  • FREE FREIGHT is available on many items.
  • Most orders over $400 automatically ship free freight.
  • CALL to discuss batching orders together to never pay shipping.

Return Policy

Essential is happy to accept returns of stock items within 30 days of purchase. However, expenses such as repacking, inventory adjustment and account adjustment forces us to charge a Twenty-five percent (25 %) restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. Call for a return authorization number to coordinate a return.

Essential cannot accept returns on Custom Items, Special Orders, or Made to Order items. Please be aware of this when placing your order.

Any item shipped in error or found to be defective may be returned at no inconvenience/expense to customer.

Essential reserves the right to reject a specific return due to the physical condition of the items received in our warehouse or our vendor’s warehouse.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Time — Most orders will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
